Absent: Dan Tennant, Dave Sims, Mark Maguire Sr and Dubie Dailer
Welcomed the members to the third meeting for 2015. He had all members hold a moment of silence for Don Kiger, former member who had passed away
Dave Sims was not present and no treasurer's report was given..
Motion to suspend the reading of the minutes was made by Dan Willming and seconded.

Bill handed out handicap cards reviewed the handicap system, ways to post, new cards are available. Bill had material available on how to post scores. Bill reviewed how are handicap are calculated and the meaning of having a "R" by certain scores and how the computer uses you tournament scores to determine potential.
Tim introduced our new members for 2015 that were present. Tim also stresses how important is it to introduce yourself to the new members and to play golf with them. He also discussed how the course is wet and some techniques to employ so you do not damage the course with the golf cars.

Kalkreuth Roofing: Tom reminded everyone that if you want a morning tee time, you need to get
Dan the application as soon as possible. Tom also expressed how important
it is to have volunteers for the tournament.
Stoney Hollow Tire: Tom told everyone that application for the Stoney Hollow Tire are out and
are available at the golf shops and on line at the website. Please also get
them to him as soon as possible. Tom also expressed how important

New Business: Tom asked that anyone has a rules questions they would like to have the
them discussed at the next meeting by Randy Hardman and the rules
Jim Irwin made a motion to open the By-Laws for amending for the purpose of
changing how the officers are selected. His thoughts were to have the offices
elected by the entire membership instead of within the board. The motion was
seconded by Charlie Kleeh. A vote by a show of hands were taken and the
